Rebeca Padilla  is a Registered Clinical Counsellor #15906 - Psychotherapist who specializes in EMDR and & Somatic Psychotherapy. She also works with Ecotherapy, holistic approaches, and Psychedelic Integration. She is registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and has 13 years of experience working in mental health, wellness  and embodiment practices.

For Rebeca, her clients are the experts of their own lives, and what guides her work is the understanding that each individual has an innate ability to self regulate, heal, and feel worthy of experiencing life at its fullest. Her role is to help clients strengthen their own resources and capacities, learn ways to feel more present in themselves and life, to hold an accepting space for their process, and to support them to regain authorship of their own life stories and experiences
